2nd March 1996 at Shinjuku Liquid Room (also known by the title of the DVD release of the same performance, 若いながらも歴史あり 96.3.2 @新宿Liquid Room) is the fifth live album released by Fishmans, on May 26, 2021. The album chronicles the majority of Fishmans' concert performed on March 2, 1996 @Shinjuku Liquid Room, including an identical tracklist to the 2005 DVD release of the same concert. The concert was originally released on DVD in 2005, but this album release was mixed differently by ZAK to provide greater clarity of sound.

Similar to 98.12.28 男達の別れ and Long Season '96~7 - 96.12.26 Akasaka Blitz, this album was released on 2 discs, comprising of a mostly complete recording of a concert. This also makes it the third officially released Fishmans album (excluding releases such as video albums) containing a complete concert experience.
