Akiko Lima Ueta (Japanese: リマ植田亜希子; born 植田亜希子; also known as Butchy) is the head of Japanese dub/rock group Fishmans' management team, working with Ribbon Co. Ltd. She is the head of production at Neri for public statements via Fishmans and the publication of now-defunct fan magazine Pool, as well as managing many of the technical aspects of the band's production. Beginning in 1995, Ueta still serves today as the major outlet through which Fishmans publishes announcements and social media posts (exception of the band members' individual online accounts).
