Rock File On Video 1989 Vol. 4 is a VHS compilation video album made by VOS, which compiled a lot of early growing bands from the rising 1989 band boom scene. Fishmans appeared on the compilation for their performance of もう言わないで on May 14, 1989 @Shinjuku Loft. This was the 2nd VOS tape the band appeared on, after VOS ボスッ! No. 16 in June of that same year.
